(UPDATED) Randy Orton re-injured after motorcyle accident - report
Randy Orton was involved in a motorcycle accident at the weekend, resulting in him re-injuring his collarbone, according to WWE.com this afternoon.
Orton had originally been expected to be out until around October after injuring his collarbone back in June during a match with Triple H at One Night Stand.
But last week during an interview with Sky Sports News here in the UK, Orton had stated he would be backstage at Summerslam next weekend and was hinting at an early return.
According to WWE.com, Orton will be out for three months. Assuming the story is true, that would mean an early estimated return date of mid-November.
I’ve not heard this for sure, but I’m going to go out on a limb here given the way the story appeared on WWE.com and predict this is actually WWE.com going into storyline mode with this one.
