Maybe it was because at that time he sort of sucked the talent from all the different promoters throughout the country and there wasn’t really a spot for either one of us as a singles, so they made us a team and Brian was a close friend of Hulk’s and I had been a friend of Hulk’s when he was with the AWA. I think there were many opportunities for Brian and I to do better in the WWF, but for some reason or other I think - well, I know a couple of the reasons. Vince, I think it boils down to he just didn’t care for us. Which is fine. I remember the first couple of days I met him, I thought…”
